The Sunday Crease: Pettersson hype, Young Stars shine and State of the Blog

Last year, I decided to try my hand at writing a weekly column, with the hopes that I could use it to cover more Canucks topics every week as well as learn a little time management along the way. Aside from some early slipups, I managed to pull it all together and create a column […]

As a person who lives with the daily struggles of ADHD, there might not be a more valuable player in my writing career than coffee. While regular people tend to get jittery after a cup of joe, my already-hyper brain has the opposite reaction; coffee helps my mind slow down and focus on whatever task […]

The San Jose Barracuda made two long-awaited signings official today, announcing that the team had locked up winger Jeffrey Truchon-Viel and defenseman Thomas Grégoire to multi-year AHL deals. Both signings were reported back in May by TVA Sports (English translation here) and Grégoire’s own Instagram account (now set to private), though the Barracuda did not announce the signings until this […]

With the 182 selection of the NHL Entry Draft, the San Jose Sharks chose John Leonard, a 5-foot-11, 185-pound left winger from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
